We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned or exchanged for the safety of all our customers. We are not alone - other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns or exchanges of opened items for the same reasons.
For this reason we include in every order a color ring containing the color you have ordered and other similar colors. This is so you may check if the color you have ordered is the right one for you or if you prefer exchanging it with a different color, without opening the package.
There are various professional photos and videos on our site to help you compare the different colors. However, colors will vary, depending on the computer screen or device you are using. Lighting on your device, in the photo, and the screens we are using can alter the hair colors, therefore, color matching online is never guaranteed.

Yes, you are responsible for all exchange shipping costs. We recommend that you send your set back with a tracking option, because Fair Fashion will not be responsible for lost packages. Note: please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you.
